Stacia develops and manages maintenance systems designed to protect and raise the community’s collective and the members’ individual property values. She performs regular property inspections to identify immediate needs and monitor ongoing maintenance programs. Stacia vets, hires and supervises maintenance workers for the community and assist the board projects 24 hour emergency service in the event of an emergency involving the common elements of your community.
