    I have been a condo owner, in Florida, for over 25 years and I have presided over several condo associations for more than 14 of those years. As you might guess, I have met and dealt with many Community Association Managers (CAMs). Currently, I am the President of an Associations housing 136 units in three high-rise buildings. During my tenures, I have utilized the services of several terrific CAM’s, but never have I dealt with a more knowledgeable, trustworthy and dependable CAM than Stacia Searcy Scofero. She makes my job almost pressure-less, because she is never stumped, or fazed, by whatever issues arise — and believe me I have been involved in more “issues” than I care to remember. My recommendation is that you should not sign her up – unless you want a CAM, that in my estimation, is second to none!
